Questions About Dance & Leisure in Estonia?
Find answers about our weekly socials, bachata nights, salsa events, and active senior lifestyle programs
Not at all—most of our participants come solo. We rotate partners during sessions so you'll dance with different people each week. This actually helps you build confidence and meet more people in the community. It's one of the best parts about dancing with us.
You're never too old—our community is full of people who started dancing in retirement. Our weekly socials in Tartu are designed for all skill levels, and we keep things low-pressure and fun. Within 4-6 weeks, you'll be surprised how natural the basic steps feel.
Bachata is slower and more intimate—it's all about connection and smooth movement. Salsa is faster, more energetic, and fun in a different way. Many people enjoy both, and we run regular bachata community nights plus monthly salsa-focused events. You can try whichever calls to you, or do both.
Our Pärnu summer events run from June through August, with weekly gatherings on Friday and Saturday evenings. It's a fantastic way to enjoy the season, meet dancers from across Estonia, and dance by the sea. The exact schedule gets announced in May, so check back then or reach out to get on our mailing list.
Absolutely. Dance keeps your heart healthy, improves balance and coordination, and gives your mind a real workout too. Plus, the social connection and sense of community we build is huge for wellbeing. It's exercise that doesn't feel like exercise because you're genuinely having fun.
Just show up—we'll take care of the rest. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and smooth-soled dance shoes or clean sneakers. No special outfit needed. Contact us to get details about the next session near you, and we'll make sure you feel welcome from day one.
